The Five Fights Couples Should Stop Having

Confidence, it cannot be obtained from the outside. It is within. The way you walk, talk, hold your posture, laugh, or even smile is the light shining from within. It is like a lamp; we fire it up by being who we are and loving ourselves.

I look at myself in the mirror, and I think to myself, I am you. Oh my God, you are GORGEOUS.

Self-confidence is free; you already possess it. It was given to you at birth and is within you… You have only to open the envelope.

Sometimes I am so awesome I don’t recognise myself.

To have belief in anything in life and to carry it through takes will and grit. But to believe in yourself… that's like having your own fuel, and having your own spark and ignition.

Spirituality is the way you walk through the unseen, trusting that love is the ground beneath your feet.

To believe in self is to walk in truth. To believe in spirit is wisdom. To believe in love is strength. Yet to believe in your being is knowing your power.

To make it in business, enthusiasm must rise with you every morning, and discipline must carry it when the feeling fades.

It’s just unreal; ten years ago, I could not see myself here doing what I’m doing now, living as I’m living, and every time I think about it, I need to pinch myself. Damn, I’m doing it, and I wake up each day feeling I could live forever, doing what I’m doing and loving my life.

If you do not move towards your success, it’ll remain static without form and be a distant dream at the end of your horizons, but with every step you take, moving closer and closer it will take ten times more to make you welcome.

They will boast of victories won and parade the sweetness of success. But truth walks in silence, a force they dare not name, the quiet power that made their noise possible, the invisible hand that holds success: a name without a name.

What is it that having faith and belief cannot secure? What is it that can't be attained through self-belief? Aren't mountains climbed, and impossible things made real? Then… believe, in the light at your core

Today, I have numerous reasons to be joyful. I am alive. I am not one of the many who have passed. I am given another chance to be better than I was yesterday. I have another day to be kind, make new friends, build new relationships, give and receive love and, above all, appreciate life. I am humbled at the very thought of this, for once again I am blessed.

I reserve this moment for myself… I am worthy of it. I deserve it. With this moment, I give thanks for all the other moments that led me here, and with a full heart, I offer this moment to silence.

I know myself better than I did yesterday. I have a clearer understanding of where I was, and who I had been. I am now choosing to be the best I can be by living in pursuit of the greater me.

I know I am more than I think I am, and better than I care to believe. I am stronger when I keep faith, and deeper, greater, and steadier when I muster up the courage to be me.

I am what I can be; I am what I must be, and I will be. Within me is everything and all that is possible. I am the maker and creator of what could be. My destiny is within me. I am blessed and filled with possibilities.
